Application & preparation
- Surface prep: Clean, sound and dust‑free substrate. Remove unsound render. Use suitable primer/key coat on high or low suction backgrounds. Mesh reinforcement at openings and stress points.
- Mixing: ~6.5 L clean water per 25 kg bag. Mix for 5+ minutes to a uniform consistency.
- Application: Hand trowel or machine projection. Apply in one coat to specified thickness; level and finish as required.
- Finishing: Scraped, floated or spray textures achievable depending on tools/technique.
- Working conditions: Apply between +5 °C and +30 °C. Avoid rain, frost or strong sun during early curing.
- Setting: Typically 3–8 hours at ~20 °C. Recoat window (if required) ~4 hours to 3 days, weather‑dependent.

Where We Deliver
- We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles all with Moffett mechanical off loads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use 3rd party carriers for smaller orders.
Product Delivery Times
- The vast majority of our orders are dispatched within 2 - 5 working days, this can however be up to 4 working days, please contact us if you require something urgent.
- Speciality items may take up to 21 working days.
- We will contact you with in 24/48hrs of your order been placed to confirm delivery times and dates.
